Chicken Salt Seasoning

If you've used Mitani's chicken salt, you already know what a good all-purpose seasoning salt can do to a dish. Ours does the same job, built our way: Pink Himalayan sea salt, dried shiitake mushroom, and nutritional yeast doing the umami work that MSG usually gets credit for, backed by onion, garlic, paprika, turmeric, and coriander seed.

Despite the name, this isn't a one-trick seasoning. It's built to season chicken properly — but it's just as at home on fries, popcorn, scrambled eggs, roasted vegetables, or rice you want to taste like you tried.
