how to cook with it
  • In pancake or waffle batter as a 1:1 swap — it's more tart than commercial, reduce other acids slightly.
  • In a fried chicken brine for 24 hours minimum.
  • In salad dressings in place of plain acid.
  • In overnight oats or smoothies.
  • Cold in a glass with ice and a pinch of salt.
